Hank – We said goodbye to Father George and Rinnu and drove back to Houston. We returned to Robin and Sheila’s house. They were kind enough to store our bicycles while we drove around a third of Texas for a few days. We treated them to dinner at the Humble City Cafe and had a great time with them. When we returned to the house we cracked open a bottle of wine and shared funny stories. One of their sons had pranked Robin with a NapSack gift. It was actually an empty box, but it looks convincing enough to make you think the product is for real. It had me going.

Robin and Sheila are wonderful WarmShowers hosts. We really appreciated their kindness, generosity, and hospitality.

Kathy – So this morning we said goodbye to Father George in San Antonio. It was wonderful to stay with him, visit and spend time with him, and just really catch up. We really appreciate all his hospitality. We picked up fresh produce items and a few other things at the store so we are ready when we get back on the road tomorrow.

Then we drove back to Houston to our Warm Showers host home, Robin and Sheila. We had a wonderful dinner with them at a local restaurant. We continued our conversations back at their place where Robin open a special bottle of wine that he had been saving. After many stories and lots of laughter we finally called it a night. So happy we got to spend some time with these great people this evening.
