I disassembled the mounts from my panniers, turned them inside out, and dutifully applied seam sealer on both sides of all the seams. This afternoon I filled them with water to see how well they’d hold up. Not good enough to forgo the trash bags I’ve been lining them with. Very disappointing. So no glowing recommendations from me for these panniers.
